The Royalty Pact Debating Academy (RPDA) is proud to announce the official launch of the first-ever RPDA Super League, a groundbreaking internal competition designed to challenge, inspire, and elevate the next generation of debate champions within the Academy.
This highly anticipated Super League 1.0 kicks off in April 2025, introducing a thrilling new format that brings together six uniquely branded RPDA teams in a battle of wit, strategy, and oratory excellence.

League Format: 10 Rounds, Infinite Possibilities
The RPDA Super League will follow a double round-robin format, where each team competes against every other team twice, totaling 10 rounds of debate. The league promises a rich mix of themes and styles, featuring:
- 5 Prepared Debates – with motions released 5 to 15 days in advance
- 5 Impromptu Debates – testing real-time thinking and adaptability
The league will conclude with an electrifying playoff phase, which includes:
- Gold & Silver Medal Final (1st vs 2nd)
- Bronze Medal Final (3rd vs 4th)
- 5th Place Playoff (5th vs 6th)
Themes That Matter
RPDA has curated a vibrant set of themes across all rounds, reflecting global relevance and societal urgency. Topics range from Art and Religion to Pop Culture, Social Movements, Economics, Technology, and Feminism, with the grand finals centered on Philosophy.
